Business Visitor Visas

These types of visas generally grant short stays in the United States not to exceed six months during any single entry.  The most common uses for this visa is consulting with business associates, traveling for a scientific, educational, professional or business convention, or a conference on specific dates, Settling an estate, negotiating a contract, or Participating in short-term training.  This is classified as a B-1 visa.

Transfer to the United States as an Employee

If you have a foreign corporation and your employer has US Office, you can transfer to the US location.  Generally, this visa is reserved for managerial or executive positions, or an employee with specialized knowledge.  This category includes an L-1A or L-2B Visa.

Start or Purchase a Business in the USA

If your country of nationality has a treaty with the US you may qualify for the Treaty Investor Visa, or Treaty Trader Visa.  This type of visa requires you to invest capital and either start a business or purchase a business.  Alternatively, you can also be engaged in substantial trade between your home country and the US to qualify.  This is known as an E-1 or E-2 visa depending on the benefit you are seeking.

EB-5 Investor Visas

For foreign investors seeking to invest in U.S. businesses, we offer comprehensive EB-5 services. Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievements

To qualify for this avenue you must demonstrate extraordinary ability in business, science, education, arts, or athletics.  Another category you may qualify for is extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry.  This is generally reserved for a small number of people who have risen to the top in their industry

Canadian and Mexican Citizens

Canadian and Mexican Citizens may qualify to work in the United States pursuant to USMCA (formerly NAFTA).  In order to qualify for this you must have a job offer in a qualifying profession and meet specific requirements for that profession.  There is a large list in many professions that can qualify for this TN visa benefit.
